Our reservation policy

  • We would like to inform you that there are only tables of 8 and these will only be allocated in full at the following reservation times.
    10:00 - 13:30
    14:00 - 17:30
    18:00 - end
  • The closing time for drinks and music is at 10:30 pm, the tent closes at 11:30 pm and the Oidn Wiesn grounds at 11:30 pm.
  • The City of Munich charges an entrance fee for the Oide Wiesn, which we will ask you to pay when you make your reservation. The admission wrist bands will be sent by courier together with the vouchers.
  • Bands are also necessary for our tent, these will be added free of charge to each reservation.
  • A handling fee will be charged for each reservation.
  • Shipping will take place from July. Collection does not exempt you from the handling fee.

Our kitchen director Jim, together with his management team around his deputy Max, has created fine, high-quality delicacy menus. From the traditional crispy chicken, to delicious traditional roast pork, to a trio of organic pasture-raised beef, we spoil our guests with culinary highlights. The vegetarians and vegans among us are also well catered for. Your visit will be a unique experience for you and your guests.

Champagne as an aperitif, wine with the menu, or our classic "WIESNBEER", order your favourite drinks in advance now.

Menu guidelines

  • Sale and service exclusively by the table of 8 persons.
  • Menu order will be maintained, even if individual guests arrive later.

Minimum purchase per reservation

Our minimum purchase per reservation is ½ chicken and two litres of Oktoberfest beer per person in the middle section.

What happens afterwards?

After receipt of your reservation request, exclusively via our online tool, your request will be set "in process". You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. From May onwards, reservation requests submitted by April will be considered and you will receive a payment request. Please note: This must be paid within 14 days, otherwise your reservation request will be cancelled. Only upon receipt of payment and our confirmation of payment, your reservation is binding. All correspondence MUST be made via the portal under your respective reservation.

Voucher and band shipping!

  • Reservations made by August will receive your documents by courier service within Germany. The vouchers and ribbons (for access to the Oidn Wiesn and the festival tent) will be sent from July.
  • Reservations made from September onwards must collect their documents directly from the festival tent at the Wiesn.
